Please give FD Studio 3-5 business days to carefully prepare and ship out your order for delivery. Please provide a residential or business address at checkout, so that we can make sure your original piece finds its home safely.

STUDIO PICK UP | FD STUDIO

You may pick up your items at FD Studio after purchase. Orders will be ready for pickup within 1 - 2 business days.

Please wait for a notification before picking up your order. An email will be sent when artwork is ready for pickup. Order number and ID may be needed upon pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY FOR BUSINESSES | FD STUDIO

FD Studio will personally deliver any commissioned, purchased items to businesses all over Rhode Island. Just choose the local delivery option and wait for the email.

Returns & Exchanges

If the original artwork from the doesn't bring you as much joy as before, you can return or exchange it. You'll have 15 business days from receipt purchase to return it within its original package. Unfortunately, after the 15 day time period we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. 

For your item to be eligible for return, it MUST:

1. be in its original packaging
2. same condition as it was received
3. not be a sale item (only regular priced items)

 

The condition of the work is vital, that way we can safely put it back into the painter's portfolio and it can go to another home in the future.

To complete your return, please provide an order number, or proof of purchase. You may also provide a short description as to why you do not want the item anymore. It will help us solve any issues you may have while also giving us feedback for the future.
